How to make crispy panipuri

'Pani Puri' is a favorite street food for us all. It's a very yummy, testy and spicy. Everybody like this food if we have somewhere to see this 'Pani Puri' not body can't stop their feeling to eat it. And main thing we can get this food in cheaper prices. Many people don’t want to eat this food on street because of their low sanitation. That way they want to eat 'Pani Puri' at home. Making pani Puri is easier than what we actually think. Let's start with the ingredients to make Pani Puri. • 200 gram flour • semolina, salt, • Some waters and oils. Process of make crispy puri: 1. Take 200 gram all purpose flour. 2. Add semolina. The amount to be added should be exactly the same as flour. 3. Add some salt to taste. 4. And add a pinch of baking powder and mix it well. 5. After mixing it, start kneading the dough by pouring a little water at a time. 6. Our dough for panipuri will be ready in just 2-3 minutes of kneading process. Dough for panipuri will be a little harder than our usuall dough for ROTI. Now, we should let it rest for 30 minutes for the best result. 7. After 30 minutes, we will start to heat the pan with the oil. Meanwhile, we will start to prepare small puris to fry. 8. Take a part of dough and start to roll. IMPORTANT: We need to roll the dough till it is very thin. D on't use oil or flour to roll the dough. Using flour or oil may result in not puffing our puris. It should be thin. 9. We will start to cut this into small puris after it is thin. We have taken a medium size glass jar cap to cut otherwise, if you have a cutter, you can also use it. We will cut it into small size puris 10. Now, remove the excess part of dough. Look at this small puri. The oil is also heated now, let's deep fry them IMPORTANT: the oil should be very hot to help the puris puff up, press puri with the spoon. In the same way add all the puris one by one while concentrating on one puri, don't forget about the other one 🙂 11. Small puris will get brown soon, so always take a good care of it. Slowly add remaining puri one by one trun the puris once a while to achive even brown colour. 12. After getting brown from both the side, take it out in a paper towel. In the same way, make puris from the remaining dough. Now crispy puri is ready for serve. After this crispy puri is ready, now we are making pani and filling for 'Panipuri'. We need some ingredients to make pani: Some water, Mint leaves, Coriander, Tamarind Sauce, Roasted Cumin seed power, Coriander power, Black salt, Red chili powder& Flakes, Black paper power, Lemon juice and Green chilly. Process to make water as filling: 1. At first we need to blend Coriander, Mint leaves and Green Chili with some water. Coriander and Mint leaves bring a brilliant taste to our pani puri. 2. Now strain the flavored water with the help of strainer with the help of a spoon, get all the remaining water out from the mixture. But do not throw this paste. We will need this paste for our Pani Puri Filling. 3. Pour 1 lit. Water in this lovely flavored mixture adds tamarind sauce. Then keep a little amount of tamarind sauce aside for late use. And chilli power, black salt, black pepper power , coriander power, roasted cumin seed power and in the end, add lemon juice and mix well. This process is so easy and simple. 4. After mixing it well, Pani is ready for Pani puri. Now let's start to make filling for Pani Puri. For filling we need 1 bowl, Boiled potatoes, Boiled Chickpeas, Chopped onions, Red chili powder, Fresh green chili chopped, Roasted cumin power and Coriander power. Filling process of Pani Puri; 1. At first, mash all these potatoes, after mashing Potatoes; add all the remaining ingredients, 2. Now put the coriander and mint paste that we made before and mix everything well, and put some green paste, after mixing it well, our Pani Puri filling is also ready. 3. Adding little bit of yogurt, a bit of tamarind sauce. If you love spicy Pani Puri add a bit of chili flakes. In same way, add little green paste as well. Now our crispy Pani puri is ready to serve… enjoy it…
